Refund policy

We hope you love everything you order from FAUNA.  Should you be less than happy with anything else you've ordered, please return it to FAUNA within 30 days if receiving the item. We do not provide prepaid return labels and recommend a tracking method for shipping the return.

1. What if I try something, can I still return it?

We understand your need to try on your new product(s) but, if you are not happy with the product(s) , please return them in the original packaging.

2. How long should I wait for a credit?

Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a return confirmation via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for a credit to reflect on your card.

FAUNA retail returns NO CASH REFUNDS. FAUNA will accept returns on most merchandise purchased within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

FAUNA cannot return sale items, 'as is' items and individual items from a purchased set. FAUNA cannot accept returns on purchases from other retailers..
